Go to the clauses page: Navigate to the clauses page, which can be found in the left side menu. Once you're on the clauses page, click on "Add New Clause" located on the top right corner of the page.

Choose a category and add a name and content: Select a category for your clause, then add a name and provide the content of the clause. For example, if you want to create a "Sold as-is clause", you would insert that as the name of the clause and provide the content you want to include in the clause.

Click on "Save": Once satisfied with your custom clause, click "Save" to save it to your list of available clauses.
Using a Clause in a Form
Once you've created your custom clause, you can use it on any field with a "3-dot" action menu. For example, you can use it on the additional provisions page of the Contract to Buy and Sell by selecting the "3-dot" menu and choosing your custom clause from the list. See below for example:
