When working on a listing with a seller, staying on the same page is important to achieve success. Adding specific deadlines and tasks to a timeline is a great way to ensure everyone involved is in sync. To add a custom milestone to your timeline, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the "+" Icon
- Locate the "+" icon located at the top left-hand corner of the timeline and click on it.
Step 2: Complete the Fields
- Enter the necessary information for your milestone in the fields provided. Start by entering the title, such as "Home Staging." Optionally, add a brief summary, such as the name of the staging company. Next, add a description of the milestone or specific instructions for it in the content field. Finally, select the date that the milestone needs to be completed.
Step 3: Control the Visibility
- You can choose to make this milestone visible to the other side or keep it specific to your team and clients. This control can be found in the visibility settings.
Step 4: Save Your Milestone
- Once you have completed all of the necessary fields and determined the visibility of the milestone, click the "save" button. Congratulations, you have successfully added a milestone to your timeline!
