How to Add Signatures to a PDF in Mevi

Mevi's "Add Signatures to PDF" feature allows users to upload a PDF form into Mevi and add signatures to that form. This feature provides an efficient and streamlined way of adding signatures to PDF forms. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to add signatures to a PDF form in Mevi.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. On the form template list, select the form you want to upload a PDF.

• To do this, click on the "Add Forms +" icon on the deal dashboard.
• Select the form you want to upload a PDF by clicking on the form name.

2. On the form detail page, click on the 3-dot menu icon at the top right, select "Add Signatures to PDF".

• Once you are on the form detail page, you will see a menu bar at the top of the page.
• Click on the 3-dot menu icon on the top right of the page.
• Select "Add Signatures to PDF" from the drop-down menu.

3. In the PDF tool bar, you can select "Add Signers" icon at the top right.

• Once you are on the PDF tool bar, you will see an "Add Signers" icon on the top right of the page.
• Click on the "Add Signers" icon to proceed.

4. Select the user that will need to sign.

• You can only add consumers or business profiles that are on that deal to sign the form.
• If you do not see the party you want to sign, you must first add them to the deal.
• Once you have selected the party that you want to sign, place the signature block by clicking the area you desire.

5. Once all signature blocks have been added, press save by clicking on the 3-dot menu icon on the top right.

• After adding all the signature blocks, click on the 3-dot menu icon on the top right of the page.
• Select "Save" from the drop-down menu.

6. Ready to share the form? Click on "Share" and click on the profile and make sure you give them the "sign" permission in the drop down next to the profile card.

• To share the form, click on the "Share" button on the form detail page.
• Select the profile that you want to share the form with.
• Make sure to give them the "sign" permission in the drop-down menu next to the profile card.
