You may request that Mevi permanently delete all of your account data.
- Please open a support request here at www.support.mevi.io
- You can open a support request by clicking on "Submit a request" in the top right
- Please enter your email address put "Account Deletion" in the subject of the support request, and specify the email of the account you want deleted in the description, especially if different than the email address you provide in the support request
- Once submitted, if the email of the account to be deleted is different from the email address you provided in the support request, we will request authorization to delete the account by sending an authorization request to the email address of the account to be deleted
- Once submitted (and authorization received if applicable), you will receive a tracking number via email to the email address provided in the support request
- Within 72 hours your data will be permanently deleted.
All Mevi Transactions account data associated with the email address of the account to be deleted will be permanently removed from the Mevi Transaction databases and other systems. The types of data that will be deleted include:
- Personal information
- Messages
- Photos
- Files and docs (except for contracts that are signed by other parties)
- App activity
